Celeste 2 streamlines your iOS Bluetooth transfers

Celest 2 02

Jeff Benjamin over at iDb wrote a great piece on a new tweak called Celeste 2. The developer, CocoaNuts', originally released Celeste back in 2011, and according to Jeff's post it worked, but not well. This time around in Celeste 2 it supposedly runs smoothly, and almost feels like a native feature of iOS. Benjamin is known for providing quality feedback on jailbreak apps. Keep reading for a quick and dirty breakdown of Celeste 2.

After installing the app from Cydia you will get a new icon on your homescreen, open the app icon to edit the save location for incoming transfers, and the behavior of the app. Benjamin says the Gremlin support is a little sketchy, so keep an eye out for that.

This time around it's a "vast improvement" compared to its original installation, and it successfully streamlines the Bluetooth file sharing function of your iPhone, check out the video below to see it in action. There is an introductory price of $6.99, but in the next few weeks it will go up to $9.99.
