Hidden deep within the bowels of PayPal's site there is a section that sells iTunes gift cards, which seems silly to me, either way if you'd prefer to purchase an iTunes gift card from the most obscure location on the web check out this site. Mega iOS app available now

Mega, formerly MegaUpload, has finally released their iOS companion application. Mega offers a whopping 50 GB of free storage for their users, and the promise of security. Check out more on the inside.



PayPal v5.2 for iPhone released today

PayPal for iPhone updated to version 5.2 today, and as a regular PayPal app user, I couldn’t be happier. The user interface has received the most noticeable changes, and now matches iOS 7 better than before. It wasn’t long ago that PayPal updated their app before, and it was interesting to see it evolve at such a pace.



New Tamagotchi style iOS game from the creators of Clear

A new game called Hatch, another digital pet offering, Game Center ready. The first time I saw one of these little globular creatures was inside the Facebook Messenger application’s emoji shop.  They are called “Fugu” I believe, and you can name them whatever you’d like after they hatch. Start the game, watch the cool trailer, choose your Fugu’s permanent color, and start geekin’.

Fruit bearing trees provide various forms of nourishment and currencies. Most importantly, Realmac software had a hand in designing this game, and if you’ve ever used the app Clear for your Mac or iOS device, you know the quality you can expect.



Find My Friends gets its iOS 7 modernization

Apple has been slowly updating all of its own apps in the App Store, not the apps preinstalled on your iOS device, apps like Find My iPhone, and Find My Friends, iBooks, etc.

The update removes some of the last remaining Apple branded ‘skeuomorphism’ in iOS, unless of course you’re still running a terribly old device.  The leather that filled all available real estate has been replaced by open white spaces, very simple looking layouts.



Candy Crush Saga Downloaded Over 500 Million Times In One Year

If you like to game on your iOS or Android device, chances are you’ve heard of Candy Crush Saga. Anyone with access to the App Store or with a Facebook account has most likely brushed shoulders with the incredibly popular game.

Just one year after its launch, Candy Crush Saga has reached a whopping 500 million downloads. The Telegraph spoke with Tommy Palm of Developer King, who was very excited to announce the big achievement:



Google’s Play Music App Finally Comes To iOS

Well folks, it’s finally here. About six months ago, Google promised that its Play Music All Access service would be coming to iOS in “a few weeks”. That was obviously not the case, but the service has finally hit the App Store and is ready to go.



Sony’s PlayStation 4 console has finally created their companion application

Sony’s PlayStation 4 console has finally created their companion application, entitled ‘PlayStation App.’ Designed so you can interact with your PS4 console experience while on the go. Microsoft released their SmartGlass app for the Xbox console line on October 26, 2012 – more than a year later the Sony PlayStation team has punched back. Is the app as awesome as SmartGlass? I doubt it, but lets look into it anyways.
